Thank You to Our Interns!

This week the Trust for Governors Island bid farewell to our outstanding summer interns: Lucas Carmel, a sophomore at Pomona College, and Lawrence Wu, a senior at New York University studying sociology and organizational management. Lawrence and Lucas spent the summer with our Communications Department, playing an integral role in publicizing the opening of the Hills, community outreach, engaging with visitors on social media, and getting Governors Island on Snapchat!  Thank you Lucas and Lawrence for your hard work this summer – we will miss you!
