I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Friendly staff & Grate food, drinks & desserts. I always get the veggie avocado burger with waffle fries (Yummy). The Molly's White Corn Croquettes is to die for! The chocolate chip cookies from the front bar is AMAZING!!! Oh & I always get a Max's White Russian it's one of my favorite sweet drinks (Contains alcohol).
Overall I Love this place & I've been here more then a dozen times. Brings out the Big Kid in me hehe!-

Chocolate. Marshmallow. Pizza.
Melted Italian Hot Chocolate.
I've only been here for dessert, but when you head to a place called Max Brenner's Chocolate by the Bald Man, it's difficult to order food stuffs that aren't made of chocolate or smothered in sugar.
Yes, it is touristy, crowded and loud. BUT you can order hot chocolate and choclate pizza from their take out line and quickly be on your merry way.Listed in: The Yelp 100 Challenge -

Went here for dessert after dinner. I would not recommend this place unless you are absolutely a chocolate lover.
I ordered the hot chocolate and a tiramisu. My friends ordered a sundae and a chocolate cake. The hot chocolate is literally like melted chocolate without very little dilution. I don't recommend it unless you want to drink melted chocolate straight,
It was chocolate overload. I think my blood sugar level quadrupled while eating here. However, my tiramisu was tasty and the portion was just right. It's on the expensive side as the dessert itself was $13.
We waited 45 minutes for a table on a Friday night around 10pm, which wasn't so bad because we hung out at Union Square -- which is just around the corner -- for 30 minutes. -

Underwhelmed. Spicy mexican hot chocolate arrived luke warm-cold. The waffle sandwich wasn't worth the price, the "chocolate" experience just wasn't up to par to my expectations of this modern say willy wonka. Skip it and go somewhere off the beaten path instead of this over comericalized let down. -
