The Chester City Fire Department along with multiple EMS units were dispatched to the intersection of 3rd and Yarnall for the reported structure fire with possible entrapment. Upon arrival crews had fire showing with multiple victims trapped on the 3rd floor fire escape.

Yet we find very little attention paid to the execution of plans and the process of midcourse planning corrections as opposed to writing the plans in the first place. And yes, there is a menu for failing. In fact, there are at least 10 good reasons you can fail at any planning effort.

Dozens of kids are getting an experience of a lifetime at the Kids Fire Camp at the Roseville Fire Training Center. "This is our future.
