    P.J. Norwood and Frank Ricci will be joined by guests Ernie St. Amant and Joe Kapp. Ernie is a Risk Control Specialist for PMAMC, and Joe is an Industrial Hygienist for PMA Companies. The panel will be discussing the hearing standards for firefighters as addressed in National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1582. We want to encourage departments to proactively analyze their employees working environment and the hazards associated that impacts on our hearing.
