STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- The NYPD is fighting a brush fire on Friday afternoon near Seguine Avenue and the Prince's Bay Train Station.
Firefighters are on scene and no injuries have been reported in the blaze at Seguine and Herbert Street, according to a spokesman for the FDNY/EMS.
The location of the blaze that started around 12:30 p.m. is in a heavily wooded area near the Prince's Bay Train Station of the Staten Island Railway and Wolfe's Pond Park.
