MAYDAY DECLARED, CHICAGO FIREFIGHTER INJURED IN APARTMENT BUILDING FIRE

A Mayday was declared on the fireground and one Chicago firefighter was injured while operating at an apartment fire this morning in the city's Rogers Park neighborhood.
According to ABC 7 News, the firefighter injured his shoulder after a stairwell gave way in the four-story apartment building. No one else was hurt in the fire.
Flames were through the roof around 6:40 a.m. during the incident.
