Friends - Here is the latest on a very fluid situation. Chairman Upton's draft is no longer an issue, and Senator Gillibrand's draft is now in play. The big four (McConnell, Reid, Ryan & Pelosi) will now get together over the weekend and iron out the details and a payfor. We expect to be locked in the Omnibus by Sunday/Monday and we expect a vote on Wednesday/Thursday.
