Washington, DCI can't say I've ever gone into a Verizon store and been blown away by the customer service. I was able to accomplish what I needed to here and with minimal aggravation. -

Manhattan, NYVerizon has a great cell phone service, however, their employees in 99% of their AURTHORIZED DEALER STORES are HORRIBLE. This one however, wins the prize as the ABSOLUTE WORST!!Their employees are not only RUDE, but not knowledgeable at all. They obviousely do not work on commission so they just don't
"give a crap", period. They actually ignore you, talk and joke amongst themselves and when asked any questions, reluctantly answer you. I only go there to pay my bill via their machines.
SHAME ON YOU VERIZON FOR HIRING THE SCUM OF THE EARTH FOR EMPLOYEES!!! -

Rumford, RIFive employees in the store when I walked in, 1 other customer in the store besides myself an I still had to wait 25 minutes to be seen while watching employees chat and joke in the back.
Nice folks, but horribly inefficient. Just folks walking around poking things on their iPads, trying to look busy but clearly messing around.
I would not recommend this store to you. I came in at a super slow time and like I said there was only one other person In there. I can only imagine how horrendous the service must be when peak hours.
Also 25 minutes of listening to the fray and Coldplay playing in the store is enough to drive even the most even keeled of us insane!

Weehawken, NJSpoke to Mike, not helpful at all... He's a prick pretty much... Looking for another location where I can get real help with less attitude. -

Manhattan, NYTARA at this store was the rudest, least helpful employee I have ever met. My iphone was stollen and I had a call into customer service to help remedy the situation. The woman at customer service told me that Verizon would give me a temporary phone that was equal to or less than the iphone 4s. She told me if I were to speak with a "nice" manager, they could give me my upgrade which was up in a few weeks, in advance. TARA was not helpful at all, gave me the biggest attitude, and told me it is "too bad for me" that customer service gave me "wrong" information. I will never go back to this location due to the manager, Tara's, unprofessionalism and extreme rudeness. -

When my Iphone died on me for absolutely no reason after having it for only 7 months, I was about to go straight back to the Apple store for an exchange. I'm glad I stopped by this Verizon wireless store first. All the people here were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and they rebooted my phone to get it back to normal again. Wooo hoooo! Great job guys, much appreciated! -

Brookline, MAI can't find the store on East 34th Street so I am writing this review for this store. This company sucks. In the midst of Hurrican Sandy, they were actually charging money to charge your phone. They should be arrested. What a lousy way to do business. There's a reason why these stores are empty. -

We went there this evening to look for a new cell phone and the manager & salesmen were all very pleasant. -

Queens, NYMy girl Gloria knows what's up and so does Jesus. All the rest in this place, especially Mark, should just quit while he's ahead. -

Manhattan, NYMy business depends on appointments and phone service is key! Since moving to this location 78yrs ago we have had nothing but problems. The box that feeds phone service is older than god, fios is not available, and EVERY time it rains we lose service. What's worse is the shuffle and outright lies. Service is coming, service s coming on the weekend ( never happens) service needs to confirm trouble even though service wrote a report that the central box is shot. We are losing from $1000-3000 a day and the lies continue. Worst is that our customers think we have closed! I agree that service interruptions are unavoidable to a pound, but 8 years is well beyond reasonable! I give them one star only because zero is not an option. Shame on you Verizon for depending on your employees needing a job to lie to your customers for you. And then not have a system to credit a none working account when there's no service? How do I call to remind you without a phone? Nice job being all you can be...bad!
