Looks like nice, trendy place for young women
Lets check Yelp --Hmm,. looks to me like something is WRONG here, all these reviews are way too old...Wait, there is more than one listing for this store in the Village...
Let me check internet listings again and see what is going on--looks like they have changed location at some point or something...

Brooklyn, NYFabulous customer service. Explained what I wanted in a pair of jeans and was given six pairs to try. None of them were acceptable - I'm quite choosy about jeans - but the sales associate was understanding and even told me some stores - H & M and Zara - which might carry the jeans I want.
The store has a great selection and some excellent sales. Also great deals on staples such as t-shirts and bandannas.
This store is definitely a step up from most jeans stores. Highly recommended! -

I came in to find a t-shirt for my fiance after seeing a friend's shirt that I liked. (He directed me to OMG!) They seem to be a pretty standard jean company. I was instantly asked by three people if I needed help.
I like their Metro line of T-shirts. There are some cool styles. -

Washington D.C., DCNice store, nice selection of product. However, the aggressive style of their sales associates is an immediate put-off. Maybe some people need their hand held in order to find a pair of jeans, but I don't. They just won't leave you alone to shop on your own in this store (or any of the other OMGs I've been in, for that matter.) Are they friendly? Absolutely. Are they annoying? Even moreso.
Take note: they NEVER ask if you need help. They only ever ask "What size are you looking for?" I'm sure this Jedi mind trick works on plenty of people, but even when I tell them I'm just browsing and I don't need any assistance, it just doesn't compute.
While trying on a few pairs of jeans yesterday, the girl snatches them out of my hand (another signature OMG move), walked me to a fitting room, actually told me which jeans to try on first (as if it matters?), then proceeded to stand directly outside my fitting room door gabbing with 2 other employees standing within 5 feet. Upon emerging to view myself in the mirror, she again instructed me on which jeans to try next. (Seriously, I'm not six. I know how to try on clothes.) And when you are ready to check out, be prepared for the upselling: "Are you looking for shirts?" "Did you see our underwear is on sale?" "How are you for socks?" "This belt would look really good with those jeans." I get it: you work on commission. But this type of approach really makes me think twice about stepping into these stores again.
The best customer service is there to help - IF I NEED IT. Not hovering over you like a parole officer trying to convince you you need to buy MORE MORE MORE. -

San Francisco, CAReally great super attentive service. They asked me what I was looking for and kept on bringing me various jeans to try on. Really helpful. If you like DKNY, Calvin Klein, Levi and more they have a big selection. -

Rhinebeck, NYIt's a really cool store with an enormous amount of t-shirts. The prices are very good too. To be honest, when I walk in here, I wish it was Canal Jeans and I think that's why I can never really enjoy shopping here. In this neighborhood, if it's not Urban Outfitters, Yellow Rat Bastard or Canal Jeans it will always come in far behind.
