On Wednesday, I sent you "The Top 12 Ways to Improve Your Health in 2015." These tips are the best ways for you to start living a healthier life.
I wrote on Wednesday that people should work year round to improve their health. But it's easy to forget our goals if we're not reminding ourselves of them.
So to help make it a bit easier for you to accomplish your goals in 2015, I've e-mailed a simple list of all 12 tips. (And I've attached a printable version).
Print out this list, post it on your fridge, hang it up in your office… wherever it will help you remember to make improving your health a priority.
