Investigators found a footprint and a fingerprint in a third –recently discovered- access to prosecutor Alberto Nisman’s apartment, which became the latest clues in the investigation of the death of the AMIA special prosecutor late on Sunday.
Former Supreme Court judge Eugenio Zaffaroni has offered his own interpretation of the circumstances surrounding the death of AMIA lead prosecutor Alberto Nisman, claiming that the official was another casualty of the arduous process in investigating the events of the bombing back in 1994.

There was a surprising revelation yesterday about late special prosecutor Alberto Nisman’s controversial judicial complaint — no intelligence agents were included among those accused of carrying out a plan to cover up the 1994 terrorist attack on the AMIA Jewish community centre.
• Special prosecutor’s sources• Missing pieces of the puzzle
State prosecutor investigating the death of Alberto Nisman, Viviana Fein, has ordered new forensic analysis on the gun triggered at the AMIA special prosecutor’s apartment on Sunday. She will also hear testimony from the Le Parc tower building manager.
• ‘It was suicide, we do not know the motive’• New forensic tests lead to more questions
AMIA special prosecutor Alberto Nisman is described as a man working hand-in-hand with former Intelligence Secretariat Chief of Operations Jaime Stiusso. However, if he trusted Stiusso so much, why would he write a complaint accusing two men of being spies when they reportedly were not?
US stocks edged up in a choppy session as traders digested reports that new stimulus would be announced by the European Central Bank at its Thursday meeting, while declines in IBM limited gains.
Thousands gather at AMIA Jewish community centre to demand justice for late prosecutor.
The locksmith that worked at Alberto Nisman’s apartment on the night of his death gave testimony to State Prosecutor Viviana Fein today. He explained that he was called by the security guards of the building and that he left soon after opening the door for Nisman’s mother.
Following criticism against Security Secretary Sergio Berni for arriving at Alberto Nisman's apartment the night of his death before the judicial authorities -possibly altering the crime scene-, Cabinet Chief Jorge Capitanich and Secretary to the Presidency Aníbal Fernández defended the secretary’s actions and called to wait for the results of the judicial investigation.
• Fernández: Nisman's complaint is 'ridiculous’
Security Secretary Sergio Berni spoke again about his arrival at AMIA prosecutor Alberto Nisman’s home on the night of his death on Sunday and explained that the prosecutor’s mother asked him to preserve the scene.
• Berni: I did not enter the bathroom
As the investigation over the death of AMIA special prosecutor Alberto Nisman moves forward, the government zeroed in on a key question: why did he return to the country in the middle of his vacation, earlier than planned, to file an explosive accusation against President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner?

Victory Front (FpV) parliamentary secretary and lawmaker Teresa García confirmed in conversation with the Herald yesterday that the committee she chairs will be meeting in the first week of March to review intelligence matters behind closed doors following the death of AMIA special prosecutor Alberto Nisman.
• Pending debt: intelligence reform
The AMIA and DAIA Jewish communities will be holding a rally today at the AMIA site — located in Pasteur 633 — at 6:30pm, calling for “truth and justice” into the investigation of 1994 bombing attack.
