Tampa, FLI must say the prices are good here but the experience was overwhelming and too much. Accessories every where! I love cheap accessories but it was too much for me to find something I like and I hated the fact that there was such watchful eyes one me from employee, I just kept remaining myself that I am not in Tampa anymore..This is New York. Not a place for me to shop at. -

Manhattan, NYZero Stars! The customer service at this place is atrocious!! Like Cindy, I knew what I wanted to purchase already. What bothered me was the general lack of interest from the employees in providing the slightest bit of customer service. On top of that, there were two sales girls on the floor and hardly any customers at the time but not one associate greeted me. I noticed the same salesgirls however, enthusiastically greeting other customers in the store. I still made the first and LAST purchase I've ever made at this store since I really wanted the item but mark my words "MANGO" you will never see another dime from my pockets! -

New York, NYTerrible customer service and incompetent employees.
I went to return a necklace I bought two days ago, and they told me that accessories were final sale. According to their return policy which is displayed on the counter, it stated that "earrings" were not eligible for refund and exchanges, not necklaces, rings, or bracelets. First and foremost, 'ACCESSORIES' is a general term while 'EARRINGS' is a specific accessory. Let's not get it twisted here, folks. Plus, my receipt had indicated that the necklace was allowed to be refunded since it had no price tag when I purchased it. After educating both the sales lady and the store manager as well as giving them dirty looks, they issued me a full refund...just for this one time.
Don't waste your time in this store or with this brand in general. If you want decent designer knock-offs, go to Zara. -

Manhattan, NYWow. Alana's review is very similar to my experiene. I came here knowing what I wanted from reviewing the site so I made a bee-line for the coat racks. Some guy swooped down on me and and swept me into the fitting room. That part was fine. After I decided to go for the item and finalized the size, the sales person followed me around and watched me like a hawk and went from being decent to having a major attitude when I told him I would like to purchase it but wanted to know if there was another in the back. Which or course they did not have (it is a fall coat and the season did not start yet) - yeah, right. So I decided to get it anyway and he all but throws it on the cashiers counter. And don't get me started on her. She acted like she would rather be doing anything other then ringing me up and did not say a word. Not. "Thank you" or "Have a nice day." In the end, everyone here has a crappy attitude. I think the clothes are decent and I am happy with my coat but I will not return to this location again.
