FDNY Family Assistance Unit Receives Van from Koeppel Auto Group

The FDNY's Family Assistance Unit received a generous holiday gift on Dec. 24, a van donated by the Koeppel Auto Group.
The Family Assistance Unit helps FDNY families when there is a death, accident or serious illness in the family. They make hospital visits, help with final arrangements, assist with benefit applications, coordinate transportation and more.
The Koeppel Auto Group donated this vehicle to honor the FDNY's 150th Anniversary in 2015.
The group has made numerous vehicle donations to the FDNY Foundation for use of the Family Assistance Unit.
