I always find a great sale in here (when its that time).
The sales staff are helpful without being overbearing. It can get a bit crowded in here during the weekends and forget about holiday time. Still I got a decent pair of heels without fuss and too much attention. -

Crofton, MDI'm a huge fan of Vince Camuto and found a great deal here! The salesperson was very helpful finding the Mikal sandal I had been searching for months. Ended up buying two pairs at a steal price of 34.99! Can't beat that! -

Manhattan, NYI have never been to another shoe store in this price range where the staff was so knowledgeable about fit and comfort adjustments, and had the tools to custom adjust shoes.
Really impressed how Lucian was able to suggest so many ways to make shoes I tried on more comfortable.
They have in house machines that cobblers/ shoe repair stores have in order to stretch and "break in" the leather. They also have a bunch of padding that they can cut to fit in the shoes. I was told that the owner teaches the employees all of these adjustments that can be used to improve fit. -

New York, NYI stopped my here a month or so ago for their winter clearance sale - all boots were at least 50% off. I originally left with one pair of ankle boots in a cream color that they call "mushroom", that had a nice glossy coating on it, perfect for rainy spring days. I loved them so much that I went back to get a second pair in a matte black/brown combo, which we now refer to in my house affectionately as my "cockroach" boots. I actually had a great experience with service, and each time I went in they gave me a sample of the new Vince Camuto signature fragrance for women, which I love. Hints of vanilla, jasmine and orchid, with just a little bit of spice. Totally girly in a sassy NYC kind of way.
While the shoes are definitely pricey, all well over $100, they are of incredibly good quality, 100% leather, solid soles, high-quality zippers and expert stitching details. Their spring clothing line, which I got a sneak peek at, also looked great. Won't by anything retail here but I will definitely come bargain-hunting again come August. -

Manhattan, NYI just purchased the Jamma's and I love them.... Staff was friendly but overall disorganized. I walked in for the first time a week and a half ago reserved some shoes and was told I was going to get a call when they arrived. they took my information down and I never received a call. I decided to call them. They couldn't find me in the system and then finally a girl said I found you... They did give you a call your shoes are here... again I asked to please hold shoes till today and gave my name and number. When I walked in they still did not have the shoe on hold for me and finally found a size 5.5 that fit me.... Again I love the shoes but service was discouraging.....
