Ah yes, The Great Dali

The Surrealists were quite a bunch...almost like American Yippies (not Yuppies)....they didn't age all that well with the exception of Luis Bunuel, who went on to make brilliant movies ( always too far ahead of his time with his references to terrorists and international crime and religious zealots);Dali found his audience, especially in New York's gay community ( the rich, artsy ones I should add) though he himself was as macho a straight as they come
