Street Promotion

I am sorry to say I do not know more about what this street performance represented....there was a man nearby distributing flyers but I did not take one (wish I had now of course).

Could be for a theatrical troupe or simply a promotion for some store...if you have seen them some place and know, let ME know...thanks.
