The Komen Greater New York City Race for the Cure^® is the premier fundraiser of Susan G. Komen® Greater New York City.  With your help and support since our founding in 1990, Komen Greater NYC has invested $43 million in local community breast health screening, treatment education and support services for medically underserved women as well as breast cancer research to find the cures.

Thanks to your support last year, Komen Greater NYC was able to provide $2.0 million in grants to community based breast health partners and invest $735,000 life-saving breast cancer research.  This year, with your help, we hope to be able to do even more for at-risk women in New York City, Long Island, Westchester and Rockland Counties.
The Race is a 5K walk/run (view the course map). There is also a modified Race course for the disabled, people in treatment, the elderly, and those who cannot walk the full five kilometers.
