NEW VIDEO; KIPS BAY MARKET MARCH 9

Well, the local Kips Bay Greenmarket has come staggering through the winter here operating pretty much on a regular schedule ( snowfalls permitting)--

There certainly is a hell of a lot of produce and other items to be seen, but I am not sure how much of it is EXACTLY what you would call "locally sourced."

All this proves again is that this neighborhood is a great place if you like all sorts of sources of fresh vegetables and fruit ( there is the usual corner fruit stand open down the block and of course Fairway is stocked to the rafters as usual)/
