First touches of real color in Kips Bay, Manhattan

I have noticed this one area in Kips Bay at 29th Street and Second Avenue has trees that change color sooner than anywhere else around here..

Here are two shots of how it looked there today..

 Across the street from the Firehouse ( Engine 16, Ladder 7) the trees already show Fall is here

Otherwise, most trees in Kips Bay and Murray Hill remain green although some have yellowed and more are dropping leaves fast now
