Summer Solstice, Pagan and Christian

I guess I sort of slept through the Summer Solstice this year. 

But there is still time to celebrate it because although June 21 is the date people usually use, it will be celebrated a few days later in other countries.

Whether at Stonehenge ( above) or at a Pagan Festival in Russia (below) it has always been important to people who practice Wicca and that sort of thing.

Christians, not surprisingly ( isn't this always the way) will also have a holiday , for St. John the Baptist. And Canadians will do their own special thing...
