DOWNTOWN BOSTON—That southbound road along the Greenway? Maybe it's time to rename: "From a logistical standpoint and a brand equity standpoint, relabeling Surface/Purchase as, for example, The Greenway or Greenway Boulevard would be worthwhile for all stakeholders, abutters and visitors." DOWNTOWN BOSTON—Tiny condos are coming with ever-bigger price tags: "Units of 450 square feet or smaller fetched an average of $358,389 in the second quarter, up 14 percent from a year earlier and 54 percent from the same quarter in 2011, according to LINK. That's more than the median price of a single-family home in Massachusetts, $320,000. The average price of condominiums larger than 450 square feet has increased by 36 percent since mid-2011. [Globe]
