Brussels - German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble (CDU) does not see any basis for deciding on a breakthrough in the negotiations in the Greek debt crisis.PreviousNext
"We have so far no substantive proposals" get out of Athens, Schäuble said at the beginning of the meeting of euro zone finance ministers in Brussels.The Minister shall prepare a special summit of heads of state in the evening.
