FiveThirtyEight has rolled out its first projections for the midterm elections, giving Republicans a 65.1% chance of taking back the Senate (as of Monday morning). Editor in chief Nate Silver, author of The Signal and the Noise, discusses the projections, and what could move the needle one way or another.
