Festival of the Week: City Bakery is holding its annual Hot Chocolate Festival through the 28th, where they'll be unleashing a new flavor of the sweet stuff everyday, including Friday's Cinnamon Rum, Saturday's Caramel, and Sunday's "On a Peanut Butter Barge"... which sounds like the best barge ever.
