Peter DeForest Sounds like the exterior aluminum siding/cladding they mention has some type of insulated core that is flammable.
The insulated siding must be an attempt to insulate the concrete/steel from the extreme heat in these parts to inhibit thermal transfer.
BUT, they obviously didn't think about fire resistant insulation in the exterior siding.
