The mood was sombre in Stockholm on Saturday afternoon as people gathered to pay tribute to the victims of the Paris terror attacks, which included one Swedish citizen.

Security was stepped up in Sweden on Saturday after more than 120 people were killed in a series of terror attacks in Paris on Friday night.

    The regional headquarters of Sweden's ruling coalition parties the Social Democrats and Greens (Miljöpartiet) were both vandalized on Saturday morning, in what is thought to be a reaction to the Paris terror attacks.

      UPDATED: A Swedish citizen was among the victims of the attacks that killed more than 120 people in Paris on Friday, while another was injured, the foreign ministry said on Saturday.
