Zealous singer belted out  such tunes as"La Bamba," and here, with accompanists, "This Land is Your Land"--which should please my old friend George Rosen, who once referred to Pete Seeger as "the sainted Pete Seeger" ( or maybe not, if he hears this rendition) (LOL)


NOTHING LIKE A GOOD BLOCK PARTY WITH LOTS OF GAMES , RIDES, AND DISTRACTIONS 

I BELIEVE THIS KID ORIENTED PARTY HAD SCHOOLS AS SPONSORS

AND WHAT IS SO RARE AS A DAY IN JUNE

HERE, BETWEEN AMSTERDAM AND COLUMBUS ON WEST 93rd STREET ON THE UPPER WEST SIDE OF MANHATTAN....
