New fightingin eastern Ukraine situation is deteriorating almost daily according to the OSCE
Tensions between government forces and pro-Russian separatists are on the rise according to information from international observers. They complain a rising number of deaths among the civilian population.

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) observed in the embattled eastern Ukraine, a steady deterioration of the situation."We register a greater number of back injuries and deaths among the civilian population", said the deputy head of the OSCE observer mission, Alexander Hug.
