No more trading of old gadgets for cash vouchers at IT Show on Sunday

SINGAPORE - The IT Show at Suntec Singapore will not accept anymore trade-in of old gadgets for cash vouchers on Sunday.

This is due to the "overwhelming success" of the trade-in programme and all cash vouchers have been fully redeemed, its organiser Exhibits Inc said in a statement on Saturday.

"We thank all visitors to IT Show 2015 for their support. Visitors can look forward to our next trade-in programme during Comex, which takes place on September 2015," the statement added.

The four-day fair ends on Sunday. This year was the first time that the annual fair featured the trade-in programme, which lets visitors exchange old or faulty laptops, tablets and smartphones for vouchers to spend at the show.
