A cop with the NYPD’s Mounted Unit was bucked from his horse when the animal was apparently spooked by music during a parade near Central Park Sunday, police said.
The cop was at Fifth Ave. and E. 68th St. when he fell from the animal, injuring his leg. A band was playing nearby and may have scared the horse, authorities said.
