Trip to World Trade Center, no video unfortunately

Well, I called and asked what subway stop to get off at for the World Trade Center and they said  Wall Street...they really should have said Fulton, because you have to walk way up towards there to get a Pass for Memorial..

 Actually, the place where you get the passes ( donation expected of like five to ten dollars) is probably the most interesting part of the excursion..all sorts of exhibits inside

And then LONG, LONG lines and having your stuff checked and inspected and finally getting to the fountains and the memorial names...

Actually, I shot video footage of all this with my new Canon camera...none of which came out at all! Camera may be going back to Radio Shack tomorrow..

 The new towers are impressive but seem very stark..

 And then people are taking pictures of each other and getting ready to leave..

 Walking out past all those people still waiting to get in..

Under still more surveillance all the time, of course...and people find their way to bathrooms now (there are none at all at the site...I mean, none, for all that time waiting etc. too)--and people get snacks..of course...

And pass by a big tourist store of course,as well as street stands...
