    • Tegan Yorek Symptom onset can sometimes be the best indicator. Ischemic tends to be more acute. While hemorrhagic tends to be more chronic and other symptoms being gradual. This is also dependent where the bleed is located in the brain, which can't be determined without a ct scanner.
