Don't miss your last chance to visit Governors Island in the 2015 season! Governors Island is open until 7 PM on Sunday, September 27.
This weekend there will of course be art exhibits, miles of biking, ice cream and hammocks. But we are most excited that this weekend, we are opening the Hills construction site to you!
From 11 AM to 4 PM this Saturday and Sunday, you can walk to the top of Outlook Hill, take in breathtaking vistas and get a preview of what you can experience when the Hills are complete and fully open to the public. Don't forget your closed toe shoes and #previewtheview this weekend before the Island closes. Get a sneak peek of what the Hills look like now in advance of your visit!
