Brooklyn blaze leaves 5 injured as 168 firefighters fight flames

The fire broke out on Glenwood Rd. in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, early Thursday.
A four alarm fire left five people injured in Brooklyn Thursday morning, fire department officials said.
The three-story Ditmas Park home at 1312 Glenwood Rd. erupted in flames at about 4:40 a.m., a fire department spokesman said.
Five people were taken to Kings County Hospital with minor injuries, the spokesman said.
Fire officials say 168 firefighters responded to the blaze, which was still burning more than two hours after it was sparked.
