Approximately 2,000 of New York City’s youths graduated the NYPD Youth Police Academy today in a ceremony at the Barclays Center. Members of the NYPD celebrated their Dominican heritage today as they marched up Manhattan's Sixth Avenue in the annual Dominican Day Parade. The parade was led by the Department's Mounted Unit and featured great musical renditions by the NYPD Band.
