Brooklyn *Unusual Occurance* Box *77-75-2430* - Avenue H & E. 34 St. Bn-41 has civilians report of 2 adults entering the sewer system 2 hours ago and did not return. Rescue & Squad setting up High point & monitoring atmospheric conditions inside the sewer. Bn-41 is using All Hands.

  • NYC Fire Wire Division 15 reports the 2 individuals who go into the manholes is a common occurrence and they pop up at another location. All FDNY operations has been concluded. (I'm not sure what kind of progress report that is). I'm curious if they are workers or just deranged nuts.
