Twelve years ago today, 100 firefighters battled flames at an office block behind Paddington Station.
The fire started on the seventh floor of the 11 floor building and 20 fire engines were sent to the scene.
Floors seven, eight, nine and 10 were destroyed in the blaze, which was brought under control nearly seven hours after crews were first called to the scene.
