Tensions are running after three young Palestinians were killed, including a baby of 18 months, burned alive by a Molotov cocktail thrown by Israeli settlers.
The death of a baby of 18 months, burned by Jewish extremists shook with anger the West Bank. Two other young Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces during protests Friday. The funeral of one of them Laith Khaldi, 16, fatally shot by a bullet escalated in the afternoon. Dozens of young people from Jalazoun refugee camp, on the edge of Ramallah, threw stones at soldiers who retorted with tear gas and rubber bullets.
Elsewhere in the occupied West Bank, clashes broke out in different areas, in reaction to the events of the day before violence that also turned into a confrontation between youth and soldiers. Settlers and Palestinians in particular clashed in a village in the northern West Bank.
This new round of violence in Palestine began Friday at dawn, when masked men threw Molotov cocktails through the window of a house in a Palestinian village in the north of the occupied West Bank.

Saturday night, about 2,000 people gathered in Tel Aviv to say "stop incitement to hatred." The leader of the opposition center-left, Isaac Herzog, denounced a "pogrom perpetrated by Jews" against Dawabcheh family for which he asked "forgiveness".
In the crowd, Amiram Goldblum, a university professor, denounced the settlers as "the plague of Israel." "We must not only end their violence but also to come out of the West Bank," said he told AFP. For its part, Yariv Oppenheimer, head of the NGO anticolonisation Peace Now, called "the government to take strong measures against settler violence."
