343 firefighters died on 9/11, many more have suffered
illness and trauma in the years since -- and policy questions linger
about the nature of the response. On this 13th anniversary, Joe Flood, author of The Fires,
talks about how the FDNY changed that day, and takes calls from
firefighters and their families on how they mark the anniversary.
