Vice Co-Founder Gavin McInnes Lists $2.5M Williamsburg Pad
Five years after he purchased the apartment, Gavin McInnes, the co-founder of Vice Media is moving on from his Williamsburg penthouse. The controversial media figure has listed his three-bedroom apartment at 80 Metropolitan Avenue for $2.499 million. The 1,300 square foot corner penthouse comes with two terraces, one attached to the master bedroom, and the other off the living room. The unit boasts views of the Empire State Building, the World Trade Center, and the Manhattan, Williamsburg, and Brooklyn Bridges, as per the brokerbabble. Other standout features include Lapacho walnut hardwood floors, large windows, and 10-foot high ceilings. Amenities in the building include a pool, a fitness center, and a yoga room. McInnes purchased the apartment for $1.155 million back in 2011, according to property records.
