Commissioner Bratton just announced PO Randolph Holder, 5 year veteran of the NYPD, was pronounced this evening at 10:22pm. He was only 33 years of age. Rest in peace, NYC's hero. The 4th NYPD Officer killed in the line of duty this year. #NYPD #FDNYPD
