    • Braxton Traylor Is the Detroit Fire department really having recruiting problems or just flat out financial difficulty? What good is getting folks to want to join the department if you can't hire them? I've heard of people from Washington state running out to Michigan when Detroit runs their process. I don't think recruiting is the real issue here.
