Today, Petty Officer 2nd Class Haines completed his tour of duty at Station New York. ME2 served as Station's Public Affairs Petty Officer to keep our Facebook constantly updated along with his primary duties as a Boarding Officer, Tactical Boat Crew Member and Law Enforcement Instructor.

Wayne Riley As a retired CG officer (CWO to LT), who lived on Governors Island as a CG dependent, who by the way graduated high school on Staten Island, and later served at SupCen Brooklyn, have been enjoying your FB page. Good luck buddy and thanks for keeping us updated on the CG in NYC.

'BOSN Zambrana was promoted to Chief Warrant Officer 4. Assisting us with the ceremony were his wife and his daughter, who on the same day was promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade.'

This weekend, Station New York hosted Fleet Reserve Association Branch 226 for their annual Memorial Day wreath laying ceremony.

The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is a non-profit organization chartered by the United States Congress that represents the interests of enlisted Navy, Coast Guard, and Marine veterans and active duty personnel in the United States.
