Giant Sinkhole Swallows Sunset Park, Goodbye Sunset Park
A colossal sink hole in Sunset Park is responsible for delays to the N train this morning. Look at it! What used to be 64th Street and 5th Avenue is now an End of Days terror pit, into which any New Yorker making less than six figures will soon be tossed to fight to the death for upper crust's amusement.
Or, as the MTA initially phrased it in an alert, a sick [sic] hole.

Gathering the same reserves of temerity used to assemble last year's merkin primer, I did some exploratory googling, with one eye shut. To my great relief, this was the result.
OK fine, one more time, with quotation marks.
Thank god.
No injuries have been reported as a result of the collapse, nor are there any known gas leaks. The Office of Emergency Management has, however, shut off water to the area.
