12/08/15 - There is debate going on between two organisations defending the interests of commuters - TreinTramBus and Test-Aankoop - and the Belgian rail company NMBS. The former receive complaints from angry passengers that have to pay a surcharge on the train because they can't present a valid ticket, after finding out the ticket machine was out of order. However, the NMBS claims there is hardly any such problem, with 98.5% of these automats working in recent weeks.
