The main selling point of this two-bedroom condo, located on the lower floors of a townhouse in Bed-Stuy, is the huge backyard. It's completely private, and is big enough for a patio with a table and chairs, plus a patch of grass and landscaping. Inside, the home has two bathrooms, hardwood floors, new windows, central air conditioning, and a rec room. The rooms look bright, and the listing says the place is sunny, but there seem to be very few windows in the pictures. How much is the seller asking?
