Fancy facade

If you look at this picture closely, you will see how complex this facade of an older office building in Midtown really is...note figures under canopies....

The first wave of modern architects ( Mies van der Rohe, etc.) hated all this complexity....but often chose to live in old fashioned buildings themselves.
