Yelp Bars etc,

The Weekly Yelp Yelp is under a lot of scrutiny again these days for their business  practices and especially that they offer to remove bad reviews from business in  return for favors to Yelp...I have one friend who pronounces Yelp  Reviews "worthless:--I have written Yelp reviews myself and used to  run them on the blog in presenting all sorts of places i found  interesting,,,,I noticed how often the reviews would be all over the  place, and the occasional time when they were all mostly  raves..generally speaking, though, it seems to me place get t he kinds of Yelp reviews they deserve-BUT read the reviews  yourself and see how they strike you.
