The sign that says "No Skateboarding" really gives the game away. This is a genteel Park now..no hippies with drug dealers, no street people volleyball players, not even a real protest singer ( though I did find one clean cut young man playing the guitar).
It all seems so disturbingly quiet and well....REFINED or something.
I would not want to have the old Park back as it was at its worst, but this may be going too far.
