Union Protest

Now what, I ask you, is this all about? Man with banner on Third Avenue is not picketing anybody that I can see, just seems to want to get his message across. Must be a Union Office nearby or something.

Yeah, they used to say there are eight million stories in "The Naked City" (name of the TV series about NY Lives)- most of them remaining a fleeting mystery to passers-by unless it gets on the news.
